Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To initiate a return, email us at support@speedlabsimulators.com with your order number. We’ll send you return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Buyer Pays: Except in cases of damage, defect, or shipment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Heavy Items: For oversized or heavy items, additional freight or handling charges may apply; we will inform you before authorizing the return.

Defective / Damaged: If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Condition of Returns

Items must arrive in “like new” condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and must not exhibit excessive wear.

Minor handling marks may be acceptable; significant damage, missing components, or signs of full use may void the return eligibility or lead to a partial credit.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your return is approved. Once approved, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method within 15 days.
Cancellations

Before shipping: You may cancel for a full refund (no return shipping cost).

After shipping: Order will be treated under this 30-day return policy; return shipping cost applies.
Product-Specific Exceptions
Some items (e.g. clearance, custom orders, digital goods) may have different return rules. Such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
