U.S. Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on most U.S. orders. In some exceptional cases (such as very large or remote-location deliveries), additional fees may apply — these will be clearly shown before checkout or confirmed with you before your order is processed.
Order Processing & Handling
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
We verify inventory with our suppliers, and if an item becomes unavailable, we will void the order or contact you with alternatives.
Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days, and occasionally up to 5 business days during high demand or supplier delays.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment.

To ensure fast delivery, some products may ship directly from our suppliers or distribution partners located within the United States.
Damages & Inspecting Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is visible damage to packaging, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the package.
If you accept delivery, please take photos immediately of any damage and email them to support@speedlabsimulators.com.
